Brand New Oak Town 4-H Project: Introduction to 4-H

​Introduction to 4-H
     Oak Town 4-H Junior Leaders are starting a new project made just for new members and families....Introduction to 4-H. The meetings will begin on 12/11/2021 from 1-2 pm and will run through April. The meeting locations may vary but will generally be on the 2nd Saturday of the month from 1-2 pm. The February meeting will be on the 3rd Saturday. 
     The Junior Leaders will be covering some basic 4-H projects and general 4-H information will be discussed as well. Projects being highlighted will include Rabbits, Hiking, Cooking, and Sewing. 
     General 4-H topics covered will include Record Books, Public Speaking, Alameda County Fair, 4-H Camp and more.
     All new 4-H families are encouraged to participate as this project should be helpful in learning to navigate 4-H, learn about a variety of projects and become familiar with basic 4-H topics. For more information or to add the project on to a members Project list, contact [email protected].

At our November Club Meeting we will be passing out your Oak Town 4-H Name Tags and starting our OT4H Club House Meetings.  When you sign in you will be given a personalized name tag and a passport for the Project Fair. Your OT4H Name Badge will indicate which Club House you belong to. Turn your completed Project Fair Passport to your Club House Leader and on signing out, return your name tag to the Name Tag Bin.
