2022-2023 Oak Town 4-H Registration Guide and Checklist

Enrollments for Oak Town 4-H for the 2022-2023 4-H Program year takes place electronically starting September 1, 2022 and continues through October for returning members. New families may join through April 2023. However, the sooner you are signed up, the sooner you can settle into your selected project work. Oak Town 4-H Registration includes:
  1. Online enrollment for members starts 9/1/2022. Detailed instructions are available if needed as this is an upgraded version that looks a bit different.  This should be completed by 9/12/2022 and before any project meetings.NOTE:Signing up for specific projects in the v2.4honline.com system does not guarantee you will be enrolled in that project. Some projects have age restrictions and caps on the number of participants.  After enrollment is completed your chosen and approved projects will be communicated to you.
  2. All Youth Members must also complete an additional 2022 Oak Town 4-H Member  Supplemental Enrollment Form.  This form contains five main elements of your Oak Town 4-H Club enrollment: information on what is expected of 4-H members in Oak Town 4-H to make their experience most beneficial, a link to signing up for a family volunteer task to be completed by a parental unit , Project Sign Ups for this member, Medical Release Form Information and Fee Payment information.
Completion of the online registration and the Oak Town 4-H Member Supplemental Enrollment Form is all that is necessary for your members enrollment. All required and suggested forms are linked within the later. However, additional explanations and links are offered below.
  • Family Volunteer Task Sign-Up: All Oak Town 4-H Families are asked to have a parent volunteer in some manner to benefit the club. If you are currently a Project Leader you do not need to sign up for more. However, we have lots of volunteer tasks that need doing, some requiring minimal time commitment, others more, some one-time deals and some lasting the program year. Pick what you would like to help with. While we would like every family to volunteer in some way, volunteering is not a requirement for registration. However, those families completing this volunteer task form will be given preference in choosing projects.
  • Youth Treatment Authorization and Health History Form: This is a form that you fill out when you complete your online enrollment. Your Club and Project Leaders DO NOT have access to the information you  fill out in the https://v2.4honline.com/ website. However, both Club and Project Leaders are required to have copies of this information. There are four ways to get this to us
