Oak Town 4-H Book Drive for Dimond Recreation Center
We are again asking for lightly used children's books to give to our wonderful facility partner, Dimond Recreation Center. Bring books you are donating to the club meeting so we can put a "Donated By Oak Town 4-H" sticker in it. Be sure you let one of the club leaders know you are dropping books off so you get credit for it on your Super Member Form!

Super Member Forms Completion and Submission
At the May Club Meeting we will have a station where you can update your Super Member Form to make it as complete as possible. We will have a list of most of the activities we did throughout the year that can count for credits on the  Super Member Form. You can also record things you did on your own for Healthy Living and Civic Engagement credits. The forms will be turned in at the meeting but you are encouraged to take a photo of it to have for your records. Many of the items you record on the Super Member Form can be used on the Spark Achievement Report for Recognition. There will be a handout showing where the various activities recorded on the  Super Member Form fit on the Spark Achievement Report.
We will have three different tiers of awards for the Super Member Form:
  • 10-11 Rows filled: Gold with an ice cream gift card
  • 8-9 Rows filled: Blue with a small prize
  • 5-7 Rows filled: Red with smaller prize

Oak Town 4-H Officers for the 2026-2027 4-H Program Year
At our May OT4H Club Meeting we will be holding elections for our Officer Team for the 26-27 4-H year. A list of Club Officer jJob Descriptions, Requirements and Expectations will be available at the April OT4H Club Meeting and our current Officer Team will give short personal descriptions of what they do. To be a nominee for a position on the 26-27 team, members must be 9 years old by 12/31/2026. Different positions have different age requirements with Hospitality, Healthy Living and Recreation being appropriate for 9 y/o and up and President/VP required to be 13 or older. If you have an interest in a Club Officer Position for the coming year, talk to a current officer or Club Leader.

BRING YOUR FRIENDS!
Did you know you can bring your friend who is not an Oak Town 4-H member to a club meeting? They can try it out to see if they'd like to join in the future and YOU get credit on your Super Member form! Win/Win!!!! Just make sure you let one of the OT4H Club Leaders know that you brought a friend and introduce them to your club friends.
